Shipping & Returns

Shipping information:

Most orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 business day (Mon-Fri) after cleared payment. Some items may require additional handling time of (2-4 business days).

When your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Our standard shipping is First-Class Mail through the United States Postal Service.

All packages are insured via third party insurance company. US Packages valued less than $150.00 will be shipped with delivery confirmation.

US Packages valued over $150.00 will require a signature confirmation on delivery. Please provide a street address for shipping on items that are valued over $150.00


International shipping:

International customers, please be patient your package will be shipped promptly within 1-3 business days depending on the item. Items shipped First Class International or International Priority will not always show package tracking information beyond the United States international mail handling location. Delivery confirmation will appear online after the package has been delivered.

Do not assume that your package has been lost if it does not arrive within a few weeks. It is not unheard of for packages take up to thirty or more days to be processed by two postal administrations, clear both countries customs and be delivered. Even shipments from the United States to Canada have on rare occasion taken over 30 days.

Lost packages are very rare, if a lost claim is required we cannot begin a insurance claim until 45 days has passed. This is a requirement of the insurance carrier. You will also be required to submit a lost claim form that is signed and dated 45 days after the shipment date.

Returns Policy:

Shop with confidence, your purchase is fully protected by The Pocket Watch Emporium's 14 day money back guarantee. You may return any item for any reason for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be returned to us in the original box and with the other packaging as you received it. Items that have been used, altered, modified or tampered with are not refundable.

Items must be returned in new resellable condition. Please be sure you are pleased with your purchase before wearing or using your purchase outside of the home. Even light use will show hairline scratches and signs of wear.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
